How We Work

  1. 01

    Requirements

Identify users, existing workflows, integrations and non-negotiable constraints.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Define scope, timeline, milestones and acceptance so both sides work from one baseline.

  3. 03

    Build & release

Ship reviewable increments, then complete testing, deployment and documentation.

  4. 04

    Operations

Track monitoring, fixes and changes after launch with a complete version history.

Delivery

A clear delivery baseline for every project

Technology choices vary by need. Maintainability, repeatable deployment, traceability and handover do not.

  • Maintainable source

Versioned, structured and documented so delivery does not depend on one author.

  • Reviewable changes

Important work is reviewed and tested against requirements and acceptance evidence.

  • Repeatable releases

Configuration, migration, health checks and rollback are part of delivery.

  • Security baseline

Access, validation, backups, logs and dependency checks are applied as needed.

Scenarios

Common Engagement Scenarios

These anonymized scenarios explain delivery priorities across project types and are not endorsements from specific clients.

  • During requirements they helped us clarify the real problem, shipped the core flow first and expanded from there, so we saw results early. Communication was direct and clear.
    Custom system development
  • The new site loads noticeably faster and the back office lets us update content ourselves. The SEO foundation was thorough.
    Corporate site rebuild
  • The whole assessment, from authorization scope to reporting, was rigorous. We received not just a list but reproduction steps and remediation advice our team could act on directly.
    Security assessment

Security you can verify.

We only test systems with written authorization, and we only protect software you own — full source code and proof of authorship required.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we own the code?

Yes. Full source code and IP transfer on final payment.

What about SEO?

Technical SEO is included by default. Content strategy is available as an add-on.

Does our data stay private?

Yes. We design for data boundaries — self-hosted models or contractual no-training APIs, your choice.

Our data is messy. Is that a problem?

It's the normal starting point. Cleaning is part of the work.

Will testing disrupt our production systems?

Scope rules define safe targets and time windows. Destructive testing only ever runs on staging, with explicit approval.

Why do you require source code and proof of authorship?

Because protection work on software you don't own is indistinguishable from attack preparation. The requirement protects you, us, and the ecosystem.
